绕线机控制系统大多采用可编程控制器(PLC)来实现,受PLC运算能力限制造成主轴和持线器的同步不良,致使产品(线圈)出现漆包线重叠和不规则的稀绕问题。文章中主要介绍了基于51单片机的绕线机控制系统,采用“脉冲组合”的算法,解决绕线过程中的同步问题的方法。经过实际装机运行,在线径≤25mm的情况下,绕制的线圈平整度满足工艺要求,生产效率明显提高。
Most of the winding machine control system using programmable logic controller (PLC) to achieve, by the PLC computing power constraints caused by poor synchronization between the spindle and the wire holder, resulting in product (coil) enameled wire overlapping and irregular thinning problems. The paper mainly introduces the control system of the winding machine based on 51 single-chip microcomputer, and the method of “pulse combination” to solve the synchronization problem in winding process. After the actual installed operation, in the case of the wire diameter ≤ 25mm, the winding flatness meets the technological requirements and the production efficiency is obviously improved.
