目的探讨男性不育症患者禁欲时间对精液质量的影响。方法对乌鲁木齐866名男性不育症患者供精者精液常规分析记录的精液量、精子总数、精子密度、前向运动精子(a%)、精子活力[(a+b)%]、精子活率等进行精液质量分析,依据禁欲时间分为4组,即禁欲时间<2d(A组)、2~4d(B组)、5~7d(C组)、>7d(D组)。结果 (1)精液量:A组与B组、C组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)精子密度:A组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)精子总数:A组与C组、D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)a%:A组与B组、C组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)(a+b)%和精子活率:D组与B组、C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论禁欲时间对精液参数有一定的影响,禁欲时间>7d,a%、(a+b)%及精子活率最低,精子总数数值最高,而精液量、精子密度在5~7d时最高。
Objective To investigate the influence of abstinence time on sperm quality in male infertility patients. Methods Semen volume, sperm count, sperm density, motility sperm motility (a%), sperm motility [(a + b)%] and sperm motility of semen from 866 male infertility patients in Urumqi were analyzed. The quality of semen analysis was divided into 4 groups based on the time of abstinence, ie, abstinence time <2d (group A), 2 ~ 4d (group B), 5 ~ 7d (group C),> 7d (group D). Results (1) The amount of semen: There was significant difference between group A and group B, group C and group D (P <0.05). (2) Sperm density: There was significant difference between group A and group C <0.05). (3) The total number of sperm: The difference between group A and group C and group D was statistically significant (P <0.05); (4) a%: The difference between group A and group B, C and D (P <0.05); (5) (a + b)% and sperm motility: There was significant difference between group D and group B and group C (P <0.05). Conclusion Abstinence time has a certain influence on semen parameters. Abstinence time> 7d, a%, (a + b)% and sperm motility rate are the lowest, sperm count is the highest, while semen volume and sperm density are the highest at 5 ~ 7d.
