浅析当代女性沉沦的原因——以《嘉莉妹妹》和《蜗居》为例

19世纪末、20世纪初的美国是一个经济高速发展的国家,也是一个过渡转型的关键时期。而进入21世纪的中国,某种社会特性与美国有许多相似之处。这两个不同国家,不同时代背景下的产物——嘉莉妹妹和郭海藻也有着惊人的相似之处:同是18岁时就背井离乡,来到大城市投靠姐姐的姑娘,同是在物欲横流的都市迷失了自我的现代女性。本篇论文将以《嘉莉妹妹》和《蜗居》为例,从两位女主人公所处的社会背景,以及她们的内心两个方面分析当代像嘉丽和海藻一样的女性沉沦的原因。 The United States at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century was a country with rapid economic development and was also a crucial period of transitional transition.
