利用Marc有限元软件模拟了H型钢在喷射冷却条件下的温度场变化,找出了典型规格的H型钢在喷射冷却条件下的最佳水流密度分布;并据此开发了H型钢在线控制冷却装置—喷射冷却装置,成功应用于马鞍山钢铁公司小H型钢生产线;在线进行型钢控制冷却试验研究。结果表明,通过强化冷却及随后的自回火工艺,可以有效细化组织晶粒,并在H型钢表面获得一定数量的贝氏体,明显提高了H型钢的综合性能。
The Marc finite element software was used to simulate the temperature field change of H-beam under jet cooling condition and the optimum flow density distribution of H-beam with jet cooling condition was found out. Based on this, the on-line control cooling device - Spray cooling device, successfully applied to Ma Hsingshan Iron and Steel Company small H-beam production line; online pilot cooling steel control research. The results show that by strengthening the cooling and subsequent self-tempering process, the grain size of the structure can be effectively refined and a certain amount of bainite can be obtained on the surface of the H-shaped steel, thereby obviously improving the comprehensive performance of the H-shaped steel.
