目前我国聚氯乙烯使用和生产均处于快速发展时期,而由于原料氯乙烯气体易燃易爆,在储存过程中如果管理不当,很容易引发火灾、爆炸等危险事故,从而造成财产损失、人员伤亡。本文应用一些火灾爆炸定量计算模型针对氯乙烯储罐特定情况下发生泄漏,及由此可能引发的闪火、蒸气云爆炸、BLEVE火球以及BLEVE(物理爆炸)的后果进行定量计算,可以作为PVC工厂安全决策的依据。
At present, the use and production of PVC in our country are in a period of rapid development. However, due to the inflammable and explosive raw material vinyl chloride gas, if improperly managed in the storage process, it is easy to cause dangerous accidents such as fire and explosion, resulting in property loss and casualties . In this paper, a quantitative calculation model of fire explosion is used to quantitatively calculate the leakage in the specific case of vinyl chloride tank, and the possible flash fire, vapor cloud explosion, BLEVE fireball and BLEVE (physical explosion) Basis for safety decisions.
