Brassica crops are important cruciferous vegetables and oil crops, the economic value and edible value is relatively high. In this study, we obtained a large number of SNP and Indel resources from 3 EST sequences of Brassica species by means of bioinformatics. The relationship between the number of SNPs and the number of ESTs and the results of splicing, the preference of SNP base substitution, Indel The relationship between the number of bases and the frequency of occurrence was analyzed. The results of this study may provide reference for further study on the genomic characteristics of Brassica genus. It laid the foundation for the further development of high-throughput SNP markers by further testing the predicted SNP loci.
