基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,并采用动网格技术建立了滚动活塞压缩机的数值分析模型,再结合理论计算和试验数据对影响容积效率的主要因素进行了研究分析。结果表明:容积系数和温度系数符合理论预期,压力系数与进气通道流动阻力引起的吸气腔压力波动直接相关,泄漏系数是影响容积效率的主要因素。表明该方法可有效识别各因素对容积效率的影响程度并解释其作用过程,在工程实践中具有实用价值。
Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method, the numerical analysis model of rolling piston compressor is established by using dynamic mesh technique. The main factors that affect the volumetric efficiency are analyzed with theoretical calculation and experimental data. The results show that the volume coefficient and the temperature coefficient are in line with the theoretical expectation. The pressure coefficient is directly related to the pressure fluctuation in the suction chamber caused by the flow resistance of the intake passage. The leakage coefficient is the main factor affecting the volumetric efficiency. The results show that this method can effectively identify the impact of various factors on the volumetric efficiency and explain its role in the process of practical application in engineering practice.
