７例肾移植后高血压患者，男性、年龄３３±ｓ６ａ，用氨氯地平５－１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，治疗１ｍｏ。治疗前后对比发现治疗后患者血压降低、内生肌酐清除率升高和血肌酐下降（Ｐ＜０．０５或０．０１），提示氨氯地平对肾移植后高血压患者有降压作用，并有保护移植肾的功能。
Seven patients with hypertension after renal transplantation, male, age 33 ± s6a, with amlodipine 5-10mg, po, qd, treatment 1mo.
