目的对祁州漏芦Rhaponticum uniflorum的花序进行化学成分研究。方法利用大孔树脂、硅胶、MCI、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从漏芦花乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了17个化合物,其中11个黄酮类:5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(1)、槲皮素-3′-O-甲醚(2)、芹菜素(3)、山柰酚(4)、木犀草素(5)、槲皮素(6)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸乙酯(7)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(8)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(10)、芹菜素-6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11);2个木脂素类:泥胡木脂素B苷(12)、泥胡木脂素B(13);2个植物蜕皮激素类:蜕皮甾酮(14)和土克甾酮(15);其余2个为熊果酸(16)和3,5-O-二咖啡酰基-奎宁酸(17)。结论化合物1、2、7~10、12、13为首次从漏芦属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、7~17为首次从祁州漏芦花序中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of inflorescences of Rhaponticum uniflorum in Qilu. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography using macroporous resin, silica gel, MCI and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seventeen compounds were isolated and identified from the extracts of Lonicera japonica Thunb., Of which 11 flavonoids: 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-3’-methoxyflavone (1), quercetin-3’-O (2), apigenin (3), kaempferol (4), luteolin (5), quercetin (6), apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronic acid ethyl ester (7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (8), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside D-glucuronide (10), apigenin-6,8-di-C-β-D-glucoside (11); two lignans: Mucoresin B (13); two phytoecdysones: ecdysterone (14) and tuxedone (15); the remaining two are ursolic acid (16) and 3,5-O- Caffeoyl-Quinic acid (17). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 7 ~ 10, 12 and 13 were isolated from Leuciscus for the first time. Compounds 1, 2 and 7 ~ 17 were isolated for the first time from the fungus of Qizhou.
