梁楷等人强化了中国绘画“以形写神”的特色,大胆地以主观感受和意愿去提炼、取舍、夸张、想象、改造、强化所描绘的对象。当今的水墨人物从写实的意义上来说,它的造型已发生很大的改变。水墨更向着人的神采表现、人的精神深层挖掘。并把画面表现人的精神面貌的力度作为与现实内容完美统一的标准去实践。
