为了探讨颏前伸成形手术技术,研究颏部位置、形态和稳定性及颏部感觉变化,选择颏前伸颏成形术的14例成人作为研究对象,随访平均12个月,术前、术后拍摄颅颌侧位 X 线片,计算机辅助测量,确定术后颏部软硬组织位置、外形变化,检测和询问神经感觉变化。结果显示在截骨平面术后即时颏部平均前移6.1±0.94 mm,颏部高度变化为-0.75±1.34 mm。随访结束时,颏部的位置没有变化,所有病人颏下缘的形状圆滑,神经感觉恢复。结论:颏成形手术时颏神经的游离不影响颏部感觉的恢复,截骨线的后移有利于颏部位置、形态的稳定性。
In order to investigate the technique of genioplasty surgery, study the position, shape and stability of the chin and the sensory changes of the chin. Select the genioplasty of the genioplasty in 14 cases of adults as the research object, followed up for an average of 12 months, preoperative and postoperative Craniotomy lateral X-ray film, computer-assisted measurement to determine the location of soft and hard tissue after chin, shape changes, detection and interrogation of nerve sensory changes. The results showed that the anterior chin had an average of 6.1 ± 0.94 mm and the chin height changed -0.75 ± 1.34 mm immediately after osteotomy. At the end of follow-up, there was no change in the position of the chin, and the shape of the chin margin of all patients was smooth and the sensation of the nerves recovered. CONCLUSION: The release of the chin nerves during chin shaping surgery does not affect the recovery of chin sensation. The posterior displacement of the osteotomy line is favorable for the chin position and the stability of the morphology.
