企业利用网站传播社会责任(CSR)方面的主张与实践日益受到关注。本文以我国跨国水平较高的民营企业为例,考察和分析这些企业网站突出CSR的程度、披露内容和类型三个维度,结果表明,民营企业的跨国指数与网站突出CSR的程度和CSR信息量成反比;民营企业在公司网站上设置CSR专栏,传播CSR的策略还有很大改进空间。最后,提出了我国民营企业在国际化进程中改进网站CSR传播的建议。
Companies use websites to spread social responsibility (CSR) claims and practices have received increasing attention. Taking the private enterprises with high transnational level in our country as an example, this paper examines and analyzes the extent, contents and types of prominence of CSR on these websites. The results show that the cross-border index of private enterprises and the website highlight the level of CSR and the amount of CSR information Is inversely proportional to; private enterprises set CSR column on the company’s website, there is still much room for improvement of CSR’s strategy. At last, it puts forward the suggestion that private enterprises in our country improve the CSR communication of website in the process of internationalization.
