静压压路机 静压压路机主要分为2种类型:三轮和双轮压路机。传统的三轮式压路机有2个大的驱动轮(后轮)和一个小的转向前轮。现代的三轮式压路机采用3个直径相同的钢轮及铰接转向装置。 压实性能 静线压力 对于普通的10~15t的三轮静压压路机,后轮的静线压力一般在500~800N/cm。在压实沥青过程中,它的静线压力一般超过500N/cm。而前轮的静线压力要比后轮低30%左右,因此,后轮必须压过整个面层以达到均匀的压实效果。现代的三轮式静压压路机若配重相同,则其静线压力也相同,在压实过的面层上具有均匀的压实度并且压实方式简单。
