响应面法优化生物酶法提取烟叶精油工艺条件的研究

为了研究生物酶法提取烟叶精油的最佳条件,在单因子实验的基础上,采用合理的实验设计方案,应用响应面法(RSM)优化烟叶精油提取中的工艺参数,条件包括反应温度、反应pH值、反应时间和蒸馏时间。依据回归分析确定生物酶法提取精油的相应最佳参数为:以酶解温度55℃,pH5.60,酶解时间91min,蒸馏时间74min为最佳,此条件下试验精油提取得率为3.56%。实验结果表明,响应面法对烟叶精油的提取条件优化合理可行,为提高精油的得率提供了理论依据。 In order to study the optimum conditions of enzymatic extraction of tobacco leaf essential oil, the reasonable experimental design was used on the basis of single factor experiment to optimize the process parameters of tobacco leaf essential oil extraction by response surface methodology (RSM), including the reaction temperature, reaction pH, reaction time and distillation time. According to regression analysis, the optimum parameters of bio-enzymatic extraction of essential oil were as follows: the optimal extraction temperature was 55 ℃, pH5.60, enzymolysis time 91min, distillation time 74min, under this condition, the extraction rate of essential oil was 3.56% . The experimental results show that the response surface method is reasonable and feasible to optimize the extraction conditions of tobacco leaf essential oil, which provides a theoretical basis for improving the yield of essential oil.
