目的 关于经腹腔镜下急性胃穿孔修补术围手术期实施优质护理所发挥的护理作用探究。方法 对2020年3月至2021年6月于我院接受腹腔镜下急性胃穿孔修补术治疗的72例急性胃穿孔患者开展研究，征求患者及其家属的意见后分为观察组和对照组，每组均36例。给予观察组优质护理，给予对照组常规护理，比较效果。结果 ①观察组的术后引流时间、肛门排气时间、疼痛持续时间与住院时间都比对照组短，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。②观察组（35例，占97.22%）的康复有效率比对照组（25例，69.44%）高，有统计学差异（P＜0.0“,”Objective To explore the role of high-quality nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic repair of acute gastric perforation. Methods A study was conducted on 72 patients with acute gastric perforation who underwent laparoscopic repair of acute gastric perforation in our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021. After consulting the patients and their families， they were divided into observation group and control group， 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given high-quality nursing care， and the control group was given routine nursing care to compare the effects. Results (1) The postoperative drainage time， anal exhaust time， pain duration and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group， with statistical differences (P＜0.05).(2) The observation group (35 cases， accounting for 97.22%) had a higher recovery effective rate than the control group (25 cases， 69.44%)， and there was a statistical difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with acute gastric perforation treated by laparoscopic repair of acute gastric perforation can effectively promote postoperative recovery and improve the clinical rehabilitation effect， and it is worth recommending.
