如何使管子金属能长期安全工作就成为过热器和再热器设计和运行的重要问题。针对大型锅炉存在的过热器左右两侧出口汽温偏差及末级再热器和屏式再热器频繁发生因过热导致的爆管问题,从烟气流动特性出发,分析了产生热偏差原因。造成分隔屏及后屏过热器吸热左多右少的主要原因是右侧高温烟气中夹带的尚有一定的塑性灰粒,使过热器沾污,影响了吸热。导致屏式再热器和末级再热器爆管的根本原因是烟气的充满度不好;末级再热器下部空间易形成烟气走廊;屏式再热器间距小等。通过改造后,上述情况基本上得到控制。
How to make long-term safe operation of tube metal becomes an important issue in the design and operation of superheater and reheater. In view of the deviation of outlet steam temperature on the left and right sides of the superheater in large boilers and the explosion of the final reheater and the screen reheater due to overheating, the causes of the thermal deviation are analyzed based on the characteristics of flue gas flow. The main reason that the separation screen and the rear screen superheater absorb more heat than the left and right is that there is still some plastic ash particles entrained in the high-temperature flue gas on the right side, so that the superheater stains and affects the heat absorption. The basic reason that led to the screen reheater and the final reheater squib is that the flue gas is not full, the flue gas corridor is easily formed in the space below the final reheater, and the screen reheater spacing is small. After the transformation, the above situation is basically under control.
