随着时代的不断进步,大部分高新技术企业开始对企业内外资源进行整合管理。但是随着整合的进行过程中遇到了许多问题,所以我们还是要在企业内外资源的整合管理上多下功夫,弄清楚资源整合的框架,并运用到实际的企业内外资源整合管理上。如果想要实现企业内外资源的整合管理,首先我们就要解决整合过程中出现的问题。本文将从高新技术企业资源整合框架和整合途径出发,分析其整合过程中出现的主要问题,并提出解决这些问题的战略决策和建议。
With the continuous improvement of the times, most high-tech enterprises begin to integrate and manage the internal and external resources of enterprises. However, as the integration process has encountered many problems, we still have to work harder on the integration and management of the internal and external resources of the enterprise to clarify the framework of resource integration and apply it to the actual management of internal and external resources integration. If you want to achieve the integrated management of internal and external resources, we must first solve the problems that arise in the integration process. Based on the resource integration framework and integration approach of high-tech enterprises, this paper analyzes the main problems in the process of integration and puts forward the strategic decisions and suggestions to solve these problems.
