目的 :了解Graves’病患者服用放射性13 1I治疗后 2 4h内甲状腺对13 1I的吸收情况。方法 :Graves’病患者18人 ,根据服用的13 1I剂量分为A组 (小剂量组 ) ,服用13 1I剂量平均在 16 2 .8MBq(4.4mCi) ;B组 (大剂量组 ) ,服用13 1I剂量平均在 2 5 5 .3MBq(6 .9mCi) ,空腹服用13 1I后行 1,2 ,4 ,8,12 ,2 4h 6个时间点的甲状腺体外γ射线剂量率的测定。结果 :空腹服用13 1I后 1hγ射线剂量率快速增高 ,2~ 12h为高峰持续期 ,随后缓慢下降 ,B组的高峰出现时间较早 ,曲线波动明显高于A组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,但两组的曲线形态大致相同。结论 :Graves’病患者服用13 1I后1h是甲状腺快速吸收和浓聚期 ,12h后缓慢代谢和释放 ,不同的个体甲状腺吸收13 1I的过程有所差异。
OBJECTIVE: To understand thyroid uptake of 131I in Graves’ disease patients within 24 hours after radiotherapy. Methods: 18 Graves’ patients were divided into group A (low-dose group), 131I-dose group (mean 16.28MBq (4.4mCi)), group B (high-dose group) The mean dose of γ-rays in thyroid gland was measured at 25 min, 35 min and 35 min at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 h after fasting. Results: The dose of γ-ray increased rapidly at 1 hour after 131I administration, and peaked at 2 ~ 12h, then decreased slowly. The peak appeared earlier in group B than in group A (P <0.01) ), But the curves of the two groups are roughly the same. CONCLUSIONS: Graves’s disease patients are rapidly absorbed and concentrated at 1 hour after 131I administration, and are slowly metabolized and released after 12 hours. The process of thyroid uptake by different individuals is different.
