高职院校所实行的现代化学徒制度相较于传统的学徒培训而言具有一定的时代先进性,其教授内容仍然以现代化的职业教育为主体,但在教育模式上是高校同企业之间的一种联合,实现了招生与招工的有效统一。在这一体制下,高校教师同企业的一线技工联合进行知识技能传授,从而实现了工学交替,使学生能够更加直接的学习到现代企业所需的一线知识,同时亦能够使学生在校期间便能够接触将来的就业岗位,减少了其对于企业岗位的陌生感。时代的发展要求高职院校必须要摸索出一条符合社会需要的人才培养机制,即现代学徒制,以此来推动对我国职业教育改革和发展,从而使我国现代化高职教育更加成熟、全面。
