目的：建立快速、特异的诊断念珠菌病的方法。方法：以改良的煮沸法提取ＤＮＡ，对３０份真菌学鉴定阳性的临床标本同时进行ＰＣＲ。结果：真菌形态学鉴定与ＰＣＲ具有较满意的一致结果。结论：该方法简便、快速、特异，可用于念珠菌病的快速诊断 Objective: To establish a rapid and specific method for the diagnosis of candidiasis. METHODS: DNA was extracted by a modified boiling method and 30 samples of mycologically positive clinical specimens were also tested for PCR. Results: The results of morphological characterization and PCR showed satisfactory agreement. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and specific and can be used for the rapid diagnosis of candidiasis
