目的探讨原发性高血压患者中心踝指数(CAVI)异常比例及与并存的心血管病危险因素的相关性。方法连续入选原发性高血压患者294例,分别测定血压、CAVI、颈围(NC)、腰围(WC)、体质量、血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、尿微量蛋白(UMA)、肾小球滤过率(e GFR)。采用SAS9.2统计软件对CAVI异常与并存的心血管危险因素进行相关性分析。用多元线性回归(Stepwise)对CAVI异常的独立危险因素进行分析。结果 CAVI异常与年龄、收缩压(SBP)、NC、体质量指数(BMI)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显相关(P<0.01);与WC、FPG、e GFR、UMA、HCY无明显相关性(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析:年龄、SBP、NC、LDL-C、BMI、男性分别是CAVI异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者中,CAVI异常与多重危险因素并存,CAVI异常与年龄、SBP、NC、LDL-C、BMI等明显相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the abnormal ratio of central ankle index (CAVI) and the risk factors of cardiovascular disease in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 294 consecutive patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. Blood pressure, CAVI, NC, WC, body weight, serum lipids, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), homocysteine (HCY) Micro-protein (UMA), glomerular filtration rate (e GFR). SAS9.2 statistical software was used to analyze the association between CAVI abnormalities and coexisting cardiovascular risk factors. Independent risk factors for CAVI abnormalities were analyzed using multiple linear regression (Stepwise). Results The abnormalities of CAVI were significantly associated with age, SBP, NC, body mass index (BMI) and LDL-C (P <0.01) No significant correlation (P> 0.05). Multivariate linear regression analysis: Age, SBP, NC, LDL-C, BMI, and male were independent risk factors for CAVI abnormalities (P <0.05). Conclusion Abnormalities of CAVI and multiple risk factors coexist in patients with essential hypertension. The abnormalities of CAVI are significantly associated with age, SBP, NC, LDL-C and BMI.
