氟氧虫酰胺是浙江省化工研究院有限公司以氯虫苯甲酰胺为先导,通过精心设计、合成及筛选得到的一种新化合物(ZJ3757),已申请中国发明专利。为明确其杀虫活性,浙化院研究人员采用浸叶法测定了其对小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾和甜菜夜蛾的毒力,并进行了田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明,氟氧虫酰胺对小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾和甜菜夜蛾的LC50值分别为0.088、0.905和0.095毫克/升,与氯虫苯甲酰胺和氟虫双酰胺的杀虫毒力相当。田间药效试验结果表明,20%氟氧虫酰胺悬浮剂在有效成分15克/
Fluoroxyoxamide is a new compound (ZJ3757) obtained from Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. with chlorantraniliprole through careful design, synthesis and screening, and has applied for a Chinese invention patent.
