目的研究野西瓜果实正丁醇部分的化学成分。方法反复利用色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析、化学方法及参照文献鉴定单体成分结构。结果从野西瓜中分离并鉴定了5个化合物:邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯[1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester,Ⅰ]、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxy-benzonic acid,Ⅱ)、尿嘧啶(uracil,Ⅲ)、α-羟甲基糠醛[5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural,Ⅳ]、α-D-呋喃果糖甲苷[methylα-D-fructofuranosides,Ⅴ]。结论化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the n-butanol fraction of wild watermelon. Methods The chromatographic method was used repeatedly for separation and purification. The structure of monomer was identified by spectral analysis, chemical methods and reference literature. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified from wild watermelon: Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, bis(2-ethylhexyl) ester, I, p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( P-hydroxy-benzonic acid (II), uracil (III), α-hydroxymethylfurfural (IV), and α-D-fructofuranosides (methyl α-D-fructofuranosides) V]. Conclusion Compounds I, III-V were obtained from this genus for the first time.
