目的:对赶黄草茎进行生药鉴定。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别和高效液相色谱法对赶黄草茎进行定性和定量鉴别。结果:赶黄草茎组织特征是通气组织发达,髓部宽广,约占横切面的1/3,维管束呈放射状排列;粉末特征与组织特征相符。具有较高含量的没食子酸和槲皮素。结论:该结果为赶黄草药材质量标准的制定和研究开发该药用资源提供了部分理论依据。
Objective: To identify the crude drug of yellow stalk. METHODS: Character identification and microscopic identification, thin layer chromatographic identification and high performance liquid chromatography were used to qualitatively and quantitatively identify the stems of rushing yellow grass. RESULTS: The characteristics of the stem tissue of the yellow-harvesting grass were well-developed aerenchyma, wide medullary part, accounting for about 1/3 of the cross-section, and the vascular bundles were radially arranged; the powder characteristics were consistent with the tissue characteristics. Has a higher content of gallic acid and quercetin. Conclusion: This result provides some theoretical basis for the formulation of the quality standard of Radix Angelicae sinensis and the development of the medicinal resources.
