本文主要介绍Y-Ba-Cu-O系组分为YBa_2Cu_3O_(6.5)零电阻温度在91.2K超导体的制备工艺及其样品的电阻、磁化率随温度变化的特征。通过对多个样品的测试,表明该材料性能稳定并具有重复性。
In this paper, the preparation process of YBa 2 Cu 3 O 6 (6.5) zero-resistance temperature superconductor at 91.2 K and the characteristics of resistance and magnetic susceptibility of Y-Ba-Cu-O system as a function of temperature are introduced. Through the test of multiple samples, it shows that the material performance is stable and repeatability.
