在卧式压铸机上使用带中心浇口的压铸型时,可以采用如下图所示的机构,以改善其工作状态,使压铸时产生的余料与浇口脱离。该机构由座板1、10和活动板6组成,座板1和10分别装在机床的动型安装板和定型安装板上,定型12装在活动板6上。活动板6装有直浇口套5,直浇口套5的中心线比压室(料缸)中心线向上偏移20毫米。座板10上装有浇口套9,浇口套9的前面部分带螺旋槽,这些螺旋槽起类似喷嘴的作用。
When using a die-cast with a center gate on a horizontal die-casting machine, the mechanism shown in the following figure can be used to improve the working condition so that the excess material produced during die-casting can be separated from the gate. The mechanism is composed of a base plate 1 and a movable plate 6. The base plates 1 and 10 are respectively arranged on the movable mounting plate and the fixed mounting plate of the machine tool, and the fixed plates 12 are mounted on the movable plate 6. Activity board 6 is equipped with sprue sleeve 5, sprue sleeve 5 center line than the pressure chamber (cylinder) centerline offset upward 20 mm. The seat plate 10 is equipped with a sprue bushing 9, the front part of which is provided with a spiral groove, which acts like a nozzle.
