研究巴卡丁III对模式抗原鸡卵清白蛋白(OVA)在小鼠上引起的免疫效果。小鼠分6组(n=8),对照组为生理盐水组,试验Ⅱ组为OVA组,试验III~Ⅴ组在试验Ⅱ组上分别再添加50、100、200μg的巴卡丁III,试验Ⅵ组在试验Ⅱ组上再添加200μg铝胶,每次免疫间隔3周,共免疫2次。免疫后2周后分离小鼠血清和脾淋巴细胞,分析样品中IgG、IgG亚类、IgM水平,淋巴细胞增殖反应以及细胞因子表达情况。结果表明:OVA中添加巴卡丁III可以显著提高机体产生更强的IgG,IgG亚类和IgM反应(P<0.05);添加巴卡丁III试验组显著增强了脾淋巴细胞体外对OVA的刺激增殖指数、细胞因子(IL-4,IL-10,IFN-γ和IL-12)的表达(P<0.05)。巴卡丁III具有很好的佐剂效果,是一个理想的疫苗候选佐剂。
To investigate the immunogenic effects of baccatin III on the model antigen chicken ovalbumin (OVA) in mice. The results showed that the addition of baccatin III to OVA significantly enhanced the production of IgG, IgG subclasses and IgM in the body (P <0.05). The addition of baccatin III significantly increased the stimulation of OVA by splenic lymphocytes Proliferation index, expression of cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, IFN-γ and IL-12) Baccatin III has a good adjuvant effect and is an ideal vaccine adjuvant.
