8月20日在北京举行了内地房地产估价师与香港测量师(产业)资格互认颁证大会,97个香港测量师和111个内地房地产估价师获得互认资格证书。这标志着作为CEPA(内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排)安排下的内地房地产估价师与香港测量师(产业)首批资格互认工作全部完成,其是CEPA安排下的专业人员资格相互承认中最早的一个。
On August 20th, 97 Hong Kong surveyors and 111 Mainland real estate valuers were awarded the mutual recognition certificate in Beijing for the certification meeting of the mainland real estate valuers and Hong Kong surveyors (industries). This marks the completion of the first batch of mutual recognition of qualifications between Mainland real estate appraisers and surveyors (industries) in Hong Kong under the arrangement of CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between the Mainland and Hong Kong). It is a qualification of professionals under the CEPA arrangement Mutual recognition of the earliest one.
