利用肠外翻模型研究荭草提取物不同剂量在大鼠不同肠段的体外肠吸收特征。采用UPLC-MS/MS检测不同肠段中原儿茶酸,异荭草素,荭草素,牡荆素,木犀草苷,槲皮苷及山柰素鼠李糖苷含量,比较荭草提取物中各化学成分在各肠段的吸收情况,并计算提取物中各成分的吸收参数,用SPSS 13.0统计学软件对数据进行分析处理,分析考察对吸收参数影响的显著性,进一步分析其在不同部位的吸收特征。荭草提取物不同浓度时原儿茶酸等7种成分在不同肠段的吸收均为线性吸收,其回归相关系数(R2)均大于0.95,符合零级吸收速率,肠吸收速率(Ka)随着荭草提取物浓度增加呈线性增加(R2>0.95),表明各成分以被动扩散机制吸收;所考察成分在不同肠段肠囊的吸收速率存在不同程度的差异,各成分在各肠道的吸收趋势为十二指肠、空肠、回肠大于结肠。肠囊对荭草中化学成分的吸收透过有选择性,外翻肠囊法可评价其多成分的肠吸收特性。
In vitro emetic model was used to study the intestinal absorption characteristics of different extracts of Eucheuma extract in different intestine of rats. The absorption rate of the components in different intestines varied to some extent, Absorption trends for the duodenum, jejunum, ileum than the colon. The intestinal capsule on the absorption of chemical constituents in the lawn grass through selective, valgus intestinal sac method can evaluate its multi-component intestinal absorption characteristics.
