研究了Penicilliumspp .引起的病害对贮藏过程中银杏种子的生理影响。结果表明 :病原菌接种 18d ,在 2 5℃ ,RH85 %的条件下 ,各组银杏种子表现出不同的病害症状。接种组种子的呼吸强度、失水率、膜透性较对照组分别增加了 1 2 7~ 2 96倍、 19 38~ 30 2 9倍和 1 0 6~2 75倍 ,三项指标上升的速度因病原菌而异 ,以P citrinum接种组最为迅速。此外 ,各接种组淀粉和蛋白质相对含量均高于对照组 ,但差异不显著。
The physiological effects of Penicilliumspp-induced diseases on ginkgo seeds during storage were studied.
