社会公德是全体公民在社会交往和公共生活中应该遵循的行为准则。在当前向社会主义市场经济转型时期 ,一定程度地存在着缺乏社会公德的现象。文中提出要注重加强社会公德教育 ,树立遵守社会公共程序 ,自尊和尊重他人 ,养成健康文明的学习生活方式 ,维护社会公德 ,提倡诚实守信、与人为善的处世态度 ,培养社会主义人道主义意识等社会公德规范 ,从而加强《公民道德实施纲要》的落实和精神文明建设 ,培养符合社会主义市场经济发展需要的“四有”人才。 Social morality is the code of conduct that all citizens should follow in social interaction and public life.
