经过一段时间的发展我国的国际工程已经取得了不错的成绩,并且处在快速发展过程中。国际工程也成为了对外经济合作的一种方式。由于工程建设所处的自然与社会环境存在差异,国际工程实施过程中存在各种不确定因素及难以预料的风险,为规避各类风险,挽回因不确定因素造成的损失,必须加强项目商务索赔管理工作。本文通过安哥拉某项目实施期间的几起索赔案例,总结索赔的成功经验以及得到的经验教训,分析国际工程项目商务索赔管理的注意要点。
After a period of development, our country’s international engineering has achieved good results and is in a process of rapid development. International engineering has also become a way of foreign economic cooperation. Due to the differences between the natural and social environment in which the project is constructed, there are various uncertainties and unpredictable risks in the implementation of international projects. In order to avoid all kinds of risks and restore the losses caused by uncertainties, the project business claims must be strengthened Management work. Based on several cases of claim during the implementation of a certain project in Angola, this paper summarizes the successful experience of claims and the lessons learned, and analyzes the points of attention in the management of commercial claims in international engineering projects.
