三维实体机构空间布局设计是机构设计中的关键问题之一。本文通过分析、综合实体机构空间布局设计问题的特点,将静态干涉检测法的准确性和扫描体法的连续性结合起来,提出了一种简便、高效的解决方法。该方法通过采用变步长和扫描面的处理方法,提高了计算效率。实例表明所提出的方法能解决了运动构件的干涉检测及相应的修形工作。
The spatial layout design of 3D solid body is one of the key issues in the design of the organization. In this paper, by combining the characteristics of spatial layout design of physical mechanism and analyzing the accuracy of static interference detection method and the continuity of scanning body method, a simple and efficient solution is proposed. The method improves the computational efficiency by adopting a variable step size and scanning surface processing method. The examples show that the proposed method can solve the interference detection of moving components and the corresponding modification work.
