对有关科研成果和川江通航现状进行了综合分析,阐明了施工河段在三峡工程施工期间的河势变迁及其对相应通航水流条件的影响。认为正确处理施工与通航的矛盾以及河势的复杂变迁与适航水流条件的矛盾是解决好施工通航问题的关键。为此,必须对天然的和人工的水流边界、河滩进行整治,以达到流速纵、横向合理分布,降低流速和水面比降,消除局部碍航流态的目的,是形成适航水流条件和适航线路的重要举措。并明确指出,三峡工程施工通航建筑物体系能够满足设计要求。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of the related research achievements and the current situation of the navigation in the Chuanjiang River, the change of the river regime during the construction of the Three Gorges Project and its influence on the corresponding navigation flow conditions are clarified.
