新疆哈密瓜〔Cucumismelo L.ssp.melo convar.ameri(Pang.)Greb.〕是我国特有的栽培甜瓜种质资源,具有不同于网纹甜瓜〔Cucumismelo L.ssp.melo convar.cantalupa(Pang.)Greb.〕的独立遗传背景。以新疆哈密瓜和网纹甜瓜为亲本构建F2S6作图群体,采用SSR标记技术获得同时具有哈密瓜和网纹甜瓜遗传背景的永久遗传图谱。图谱由22个连锁群组成,包括201个SSR标记,1个白粉病抗性基因标记,覆盖基因组长度977.153cM,标记间的平均距离4.837cM。本图谱中的17个连锁群与Fernandez-Silva等构建的网纹甜瓜遗传背景图谱具有线性关系,两张图谱共有46个相同SSR标记。

Greb .] The independent genetic background. F2M6 mapping population was constructed with Hami melon and melon in Xinjiang and SSR markers were used to obtain the permanent genetic map with the genetic background of melon and melon. The map consisted of 22 linkage groups, including 201 SSR markers and 1 powdery mildew resistant gene marker, covering a genome length of 977.153cM with an average distance between markers of 4.837cM. The 17 linkage groups in this map have a linear relationship with the genetic background map of muskmelon constructed by Fernandez-Silva et al., And there are 46 identical SSR markers in both maps.
