The supply shortage of LPG and diesel has offered a considerable space for the develop-ment of clean energies.“The domestic demand for LPG is expected to increase to around 26.2 million tons by 2010 and the supply of LPG can not meet the demand faraway,with a supply shortage of 7.3 million tons,”according to Bai Yi,Deputy Director of the Petroleum and Chemical In-
