1995年7月~1997年8月,本文作者在云南昆明一所城市中学和一所农村中学开展以学校为基础减少毒品需求和HIV/AIDS预防项目。评估结果显示:以学校为基础减少毒品需求和HIV/AIDS预防的方法已为学校所接纳,通过参与式学校预防活动,尤其是同伴教育,有效地提高了学生抵御药物滥用和HIV/AIDS的知识和技巧,同时改变了师生对药物滥用者和HIV感染者的态度,并且在两校中成长起来了一批有经验的项目管理和技术操作人才以及中学生同伴教育者,他们在项目中正发挥着不可低估的作用。
From July 1995 to August 1997, the author of this article conducted a school-based drug demand reduction and HIV/AIDS prevention project in an urban middle school and a rural middle school in Kunming, Yunnan. The results of the assessment show that school-based approaches to reduce drug demand and HIV/AIDS prevention have been accepted by schools. Through participating school-based prevention activities, especially peer education, students’ knowledge of drug abuse prevention and HIV/AIDS has been effectively improved. Skills and skills, while changing the attitudes of teachers and students towards drug abusers and HIV-infected individuals, and a group of experienced project management and technical operation talents as well as peer educators for middle school students have grown up in both schools. They are playing a role in the project. Can not underestimate the role.
