目的了解清洗消毒机清洗呼吸管路的效果及影响因素。方法随机抽取231件单根呼吸管路,采用实验STF测试卡进行单根呼吸管路清洗消毒机清洗质量的监测,详细记录呼吸管路长度、装载时管路清洗高度和清洗插口排数,并分析呼吸管路清洗效果影响因素。结果清洗消毒机清洗的呼吸管路长度<82 cm,管路清洗高度<34 cm时对清洗效果有统计学意义。结论使用清洗消毒机清洗呼吸管路,排除机器性能、清洗酶和程序等因素影响后,还应注意呼吸管路长度、清洗高度等装载因素,以保证单根呼吸管路的清洗效果。
Objective To understand the effect and influential factors of cleaning and disinfecting machine to clean the breathing circuit. Methods A total of 231 single breathing circuits were randomly selected. The quality of the single breathing circuit was tested by the STF test card. The length of the breathing circuit, the cleaning height of the pipeline and the number of cleaning sockets were recorded. Analyze the influencing factors of respiratory pipeline cleaning effect. Results The length of the breathing tube cleaned by the cleaning and disinfecting machine was less than 82 cm, and the cleaning effect was significant when the height of the tube was less than 34 cm. Conclusion After cleaning the breathing circuit with the cleaning and disinfecting machine, excluding the influence of the machine performance, cleaning enzymes and procedures, etc., the loading factors such as the length of the breathing circuit and the cleaning height should also be taken into consideration to ensure the cleaning effect of the single breathing circuit.
