由于传统的时域分析和傅里叶变换无法有效地提取故障特征,采用Hilbert解包络对具有调制现象和冲击现象的齿轮故障信号进行解调分析,同时运用倒频谱分析方法对齿轮箱振动异常信号进行提取和分离,获取了异常振动产生的周期性故障信号。结果表明倒频谱分析与Hilbert解包络分析相结合是齿轮箱故障检测的一种有效的诊断方法。
Because traditional time-domain analysis and Fourier transform can not effectively extract fault features, the Hilbert solution envelope is used to demodulate the gear fault signals with modulation phenomena and shocks. At the same time, the cepstrum analysis is used to analyze the vibration of gearbox The signal is extracted and separated, and the periodic fault signal generated by the abnormal vibration is obtained. The results show that cepstrum analysis combined with Hilbert solution envelope analysis is an effective diagnostic method for gearbox fault detection.
