建立了金属熔池中固体颗粒熔化过程的数学模型。该模型包括颗粒熔点高于、等于和低于熔池中金属熔点的情况。用冰块在水中及铝颗粒在铝熔池中熔化过程的实验数据检验了模型的可靠性,并分析了颗粒尺寸、熔池温度及颗粒相对金属熔体的滑移速度等因素对熔化过程的影响。
A mathematical model of the solid particles melting process in a metal pool was established. The model includes particles that have melting points above, equal to, and below the melting point of the metal in the bath. The experimental data of melting process of ice cubes in water and aluminum particles in aluminum bath verified the reliability of the model and analyzed the effects of factors such as particle size, bath temperature and slippage rate of particles relative to metal melt on the melting process influences.
