此文系陈国华1982年在美国Johns Hopkins大学卫生学院环境与职业卫生研究中心研修期间与Dr.Morton Corn,Dr.David Swift及Dr.Terence Risby等教授合作的科研专题总结报告(Selected Topics Related to Health Hazard Associated With Inhalationof Dust Containing Free Silica With Comments Applicable to MSHA Quartzin Respirable Dust Program)的一部分。整个科研报告的摘要部分已在Am.Ind.Hyg.Assoc.J.46(l):4—8(1985)发表。应读者要求现将陈国华分工负责的游离二氧化矽分析方法的文献评述部分(原文为英文)译成中文刊出以飨国内读者。翻译过程中又略为作了增补。 本文对游离二氧化矽分析方法的文献作了系统的评述。对使用较为普遍的磷酸—分光光度法、X射线衍射法、红外光谱法的特点及优缺点做了概要的插述;对较新的激光喇曼光谱法做了介绍。目前对我国较为实用的原子吸收分光光度法也作了介绍。对当前在整个方法学方面存在的问题作了探讨,并对今后的研究方向提出了建议。文后附有56篇所引用的文献目录,详细阅读这些文献将对游离二氧化矽分析方法会有深入的了解。
In this article, Dr. Guohua Guo collaborated with Dr.Morton Corn, Dr.David Swift and Dr.Terence Risby during the training of Johns Hopkins University Health and Welfare Center for Environmental and Occupational Health in 1982. Selected Topics Related to Health Hazard Associated With Inhalation of Dust Containing Free Silica With Comments Applicable to MSHA Quartzin Respirable Dust Program. The abstract part of the entire scientific report has been published in Am. Ind. Hyg. Assoc. J. 46 (l): 4-8 (1985). At the request of readers, the literature review part of the free silica analysis method responsible for the division of labor by Chen Guohua (originally in English) is translated into Chinese and published as a domestic reader. In the process of translation, it is slightly supplemented. This article systematically reviews the literature on free silica analysis methods. The general use of phosphoric acid - spectrophotometry, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy features and advantages and disadvantages of a brief description of the new laser Raman spectroscopy are introduced. At present, the more practical atomic absorption spectrophotometry in our country is also introduced. The current problems in the whole methodology are discussed, and the future research directions are put forward. A total of 56 cited bibliographies are attached to the text. A detailed review of these documents will provide insight into the methods of free silica analysis.
