目的比较在云南警官学院培训的东南亚6国家警察,对降低艾滋病危害相关措施的认知和态度等,为后续外警公安卫生合作控制艾滋病培训奠定基础。方法对一年半中5次到云南警官学院参加降低危害培训的所有东南亚外籍警官,采用自行设计并经过预实验的问卷翻译为多语种后,在对象知情同意下进行调查,统一收集其人口学情况、艾滋病相关知识及对降低危害的态度等方面的信息,Excel 2003建立数据库,SPSS 17.0软件统计分析。结果 6个国家共141名警察参加调查,艾滋病相关知识的知晓率为46.8%;71.1%的警察认为吸毒人员是受害者,应提供帮助。国家间对吸毒人员态度的差异无统计学意义(P=0.418);55.5%的警察赞成提供清洁针具,40.9%赞同美沙酮替代治疗,各国警察对提供清洁针具、美沙酮替代治疗等控制吸毒人员的方法示赞成情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论东南亚国家警察艾滋病知识知晓率较低,但降低危害措施有一定认识,但国家间存在差异,其中缅甸警察认识程度略低。今后应继续加强跨境培训工作。
Objective To compare the perceptions and attitudes of 6 police officers in South East Asia trained by Yunnan Police Officer Academy on the measures to reduce the risk of AIDS and lay the foundation for follow-up police training on HIV / AIDS and public health cooperation. Methods For all police officers of Southeast Asian countries who participated in harm reduction training in Yunnan police academy five times a year and a half, using self-designed and pre-experimental questionnaires translated into multiple languages, the investigation was conducted with the informed consent of the subjects and the demographic data were collected Information about HIV / AIDS, HIV / AIDS related knowledge and attitudes towards harm reduction, Excel 2003 database, SPSS 17.0 software statistical analysis. Results A total of 141 police officers participated in the survey in 6 countries. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 46.8%. 71.1% of the police considered the drug users as victims and should provide assistance. 55.5% of the police were in favor of providing clean needles, 40.9% of them were in favor of methadone replacement treatment, and the police of various countries were very much in favor of providing drug users such as cleaning needles and methadone replacement treatment, etc. There was no statistically significant difference in attitude among drug abusers across the country (P = 0.418) There was a statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a low awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among the Southeast Asian police but there is a certain recognition of harm reduction measures. However, there are differences among countries. Among them, the police awareness in Myanmar is slightly lower. In the future, cross-border training should continue to be strengthened.
