目的探讨围手术期护理对超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检患者术后并发症的影响。方法收集2012年1月至2015年12月在本科行前列腺穿刺活检的患者52例,给予围手术期护理,观察患者穿刺后并发症发生率及对护理的满意度。结果 52例患者中,2例出现出血,1例出现尿潴留,1例出现疼痛,未发现有局部感染病例,护理满意度100%。结论正确有效的围手术期护理能够有效控制超声引导下前列腺穿刺术后并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。 Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing on postoperative complications of prostate biopsy guided by ultrasound. Methods 52 cases of prostatic biopsy from January 2012 to December 2015 were collected. Perioperative nursing was performed. The incidence of postoperative puncture and the satisfaction with nursing were observed. Results Among the 52 patients, bleeding occurred in 2 cases, urinary retention occurred in 1 case, pain occurred in 1 case, no local infection was found and nursing satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion Correct and effective perioperative nursing can effectively control the incidence of postoperative complications of prostate biopsy and improve nursing satisfaction.
