目的 从服务对象的角度了解徐汇区性病病人求医行为和他们的服务需求。方法 由 2名医生经培训后按预先制定的问卷对 2 1个门诊的 15 0名病人进行面对面的访谈。建立EpiInfor数据库 ,用SAS软件进行分析。结果 性病病人有多个性伴 ;75 9%的男性病人的感染源是商业性伴和临时性伴 ,79 1%女性病人是其配偶或固定性伴 ;74 0 %的病人是因为有症状后求医 ;5 9 4%的病人来门诊就医时担心被熟人看见 ;6 4 7%的病人初诊地点是国营性病专科门诊 ;78 0 %的病人表示将带自己的性伴来就医 ;70 7%的病人对访谈门诊的质量很相信 ;95 3%的病人接受了医生的咨询。结论 近年来性病门诊服务质量有很大改善 ,病人对服务普遍持满意态度。应进一步扩大匿名就医的宣传力度 ,减少病人求医的心理障碍 ,推广病征处理 ,降低门诊费用 ;推广男性避孕套的使用以降低性病在社区和家庭传播的危险性。
Objective To understand the behaviors of the STD patients and their service needs in Xuhui District from the perspective of the clients. METHODS: Two doctors were trained and face-to-face interviews were conducted with 1 0 outpatients according to a pre-designed questionnaire. Establish EpiInfor database and use SAS software for analysis. The results of sexually transmitted diseases patients have multiple partners; 75.9% of male patients infected with commercial sexual partners and temporary partners, 79.1% of female patients is their spouse or fixed partners; 74.0% of patients because of the symptoms after seeking Doctors; 5 9 4% of patients are worried about being seen by acquaintances when they come to the clinic; 6 4 7% of patients are newly diagnosed at the state-owned STD clinic; 78.0% of patients said they will bring their own partner to seek medical treatment; 70 7% The quality of the patient’s visit to the clinic was very confident; 95 3% of the patients were consulted by the doctor. Conclusion In recent years, the service quality of STD clinics has greatly improved, and patients are generally satisfied with the service. The publicity of anonymous medical visits should be further expanded to reduce the patient’s psychological barriers to seek medical treatment, to promote disease treatment, and to reduce outpatient expenses; and to promote the use of male condoms to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted diseases in the community and at home.
