本文采用酶免疫分析法测22例缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的变化.结果表明,HIE组血清中NSE含量明显高于对照组。按临床症状分组,重度HIE组NSE水平比轻、中度组明显升高.按窒息程度分组中变化不明显.结果提示,NSE可作为早期判断HIE脑损伤程度的生化指标,且为临床预后提供依据。
In this paper, the serum levels of neuron-specific enolase (NSE) in 22 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) were measured by enzyme immunoassay. The results showed that the HIE group serum NSE levels were significantly higher than the control group. Grouping according to clinical symptoms, NSE levels in severe HIE group were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate groups. According to the level of asphyxia change is not obvious. The results suggest that NSE can be used as a biochemical indicator to judge the extent of brain injury in HIE in the early stage and provide a basis for clinical prognosis.
