前言雨刮器是汽车的重要配件,直接影响司机雨天行车的可靠性及安全性。当前,我国使用的雨刮器胶条弹簧片存在的主要问题是:1)耐蚀性差,在雨水或大气中锈蚀后,锈迹涂在风挡玻璃上,影响视线和美观,并降低使用寿命。2)弹力不足导致橡胶条与玻璃压不紧,刮不净雨水;或者压力过大使豫胶条与玻璃摩擦力过大,增加了电机负荷。目前一般选用65Mn钢或1Cr18Ni9Ti钢。65Mn钢耐蚀性能差,还需镀以锌或镉加以保护,且弹力不均匀。而1Cr18Ni9Ti钢的耐蚀性能虽可满足要求,但弹力不足。为此必须重新选用合理材料,并制订合适的热处理工艺。根据使用条件
