高职教育是一种以就业为主要导向的教育模式,在培养学生就业能力方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,社会不断更新与进步,高职毕业生就业问题逐渐凸显,并逐渐发展为社会广泛关注的话题。基于此,本文首先对高职院校就业指导中存在的问题进行分析,然后从不同角度对高职院校就业指导的优化对策展开了详细探讨,希望能为高职教育工作者提供一些有价值的建议,改变高职毕业生就业难的现状。
Higher vocational education is an employment-oriented education mode, which plays an important role in cultivating students’ employability.
