为了加强绩效管理和提高管理效能,充分调动全院职工积极性。进一步深化绩效工资改革。对全院各科室绩效工资核算、分配办法进行调查分析,提出改革的思路。本次调查选取了有代表性的8个内科科室、6个外科科室,1个医技科室进调查,对医院科室二级分配方案征求了医护人员意见。
