目的:研究以大豆卵磷脂与胆固醇、胆酸钠、维生素E作为透皮给药系统,制备白及多糖柔性脂质体的制备工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以柔性脂质体包封率和载药量等作为评价指标,采用多指标综合分析方法优选白及多糖柔性脂质体的最佳比例。结果:白及多糖柔性脂质体的最佳制备工艺为:大豆卵磷脂与胆固醇比例(1.5:1),胆酸钠的加入量(质量比1.0%),探头超声时间5 min,以此制备工艺制得的白及多糖柔性脂质体包封率和载药量较为理想。结论:以优选工艺制备柔性脂质体可提高白及多糖的包封率高和载药量。
Objective: To study the preparation of white and polysaccharide flexible liposomes by using soybean lecithin, cholesterol, sodium cholate and vitamin E as transdermal delivery system. Methods: Using orthogonal test method, the encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of flexible liposomes were taken as the evaluation indexes, and the best proportion of white lipopolysaccharide flexible liposomes was selected by multi-index comprehensive analysis method. Results: The optimal preparation process of white and polysaccharide flexible liposomes was as follows: the ratio of soybean lecithin to cholesterol (1.5: 1), sodium cholate (mass ratio 1.0%), sonication time 5 min Process white and polysaccharide flexible liposome encapsulation efficiency and drug loading is more ideal. Conclusion: The preparation of flexible liposomes by the optimized process can improve the encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of white and polysaccharide.
