Soil testing and half-leaf flue-cured tobacco on the open laboratory analysis and evaluation of smoking analysis showed that open source tobacco soil trace elements of manganese, copper and zinc were higher levels of nutrients in tobacco leaves are basically in the normal range, However, the content of nitrogen and potassium is slightly lower than the national average, and individual samples may lack boron. Nicotine was significantly higher, reducing sugar content more appropriate. High nitrogen and low alkali lead to more serious nitrogen / alkali imbalance. The total score of tobacco leaf smoking and nicotine content showed a very significant negative correlation, and reducing sugar was a significant positive correlation. There was a significant negative correlation between nitrogen, calcium, boron, zinc, molybdenum and flue-cured tobacco flavor, but no significant negative correlation between magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese and total score of smoking, Was positively correlated, and only reached a significant level of potassium. Under the production conditions in 1996, the relative sizes of soil nutrient elements in the open-source tobacco area to the fragrant and edible taste were: nitrogen> boron> manganese> potassium> copper> zinc> phosphorus> sulfur> magnesium> iron> The effects of potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron on sweet and sour taste are positive effects, and the rest are negative effects. Proposed in the future production, open the original tobacco area soil should be appropriate to increase the proportion of nitrate nitrogen in tobacco, the appropriate increase in the application of potassium and phosphorus, there is no need to apply trace elements.
